In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, I declare that I have been informed and I give my consent for my personal data to be included in the file called “Web Contact”, previously notified to the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, for which PRODUCT & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT, S.L. is responsible, and for it to be used to manage and respond to any query, suggestion, request for information or services I request through this form and, unless I check this box, to send me by email any commercial information about the company, its products, services, news, articles, offers or promotions as well as other information of a commercial nature that may be of interest to me in relation to the company and its scope of activity. The files, premises and processing systems of the company comply with the necessary security measures of a technical and organizational nature, as required by Article 9 of the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPD) and Title VIII of the Regulation on the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (RLOPD) to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access. I declare to have been informed of the option to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition expressly recognized by the LOPD by means of a written and signed request sent to the following address, for these purposes: PRODUCT & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT, S.L., Leonardo Da Vinci Street, 14 – Edificio PIE Oficina 8A – 01510 Miñano (Álava), or by sending an email to info@ppdingenieros.es, attaching in all cases a photocopy of my National ID number and indicating in the application Ref. Solicitud ARCO. I must notify the company of any changes to my personal details using the same address, with the company exempt from any liability in the event of me not doing so.
